Casey Worsham began his nursing career as a Nurse Tech at the Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma (now Alliancehealth Durant) in 2001. In 2004 he began his employment as an RN in the Emergency Department at the Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma.

He obtained his APRN-CNP degree from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine in 2016; at that time he transitioned from a bedside RN to a midlevel provider role in the ED.

In addition to his Emergency Department experience, Casey has been performing BioTe pellet insertion since 2016.

Randee Hallmark is a Family Nurse Practitioner that practices in the Durant/Sherman area. She started her career as an Intensive Care/Emergency Room Registered Nurse. She took time off from her profession to have children. She then returned to college to obtain her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. She is BioTe trained and specializes in hormone imbalance and weight loss.
